Our Philosophy
In an era of instant gratification, we choose the long path.
Most bars are built for volume. Loud music to prevent conversations, pre-mixed liquids to speed up transactions, and bright lights to keep people moving. We built Issara as the exact opposite.
Inspired by the boutique listening bars of Tokyo and London, we wanted to create a cozy, warm-lit shelter where friends could sit together, share stories, and actually hear each other speak. Here, cocktails are treated with respect, music is played from records, and time slows down.
Every drink takes its time. We measure precisely, shake vigorously, and garnish with intention.
We keep the acoustics rich but soft. The music is an ambient background, not an interruption.

Our team of mixologists and designers treats drink-making as a sensory performance. By sourcing raw organic botanicals, infusing local Rajasthani spices, and using premium single-origin cold brews, we design elixirs that engage your palate. Every drink is mixed by hand, poured deliberately, and served with a story.
